Titanium Claims conducts on-demand trainings, tailored to our clients' needs during catastrophe situations. Our on-site command centers serve as our training base during these times and we conduct large scale training sessions for our adjusters to ensure they are up to date with our client's needs.
On an ongoing basis, we utilize online training modules that provide continuing education to our roster of adjusters on both software applications as well as policy updates for specific clients when required.
Claims Management System
Our proprietary built in-house Claims Management System, Excalibur™, provides a fully equipped backend administrative portal as well as real-time insights into your claims' status every step of the way. Whether you are a small or large carrier, the Excalibur™ system offers a host of benefits including real time monitoring, inventory reporting, time to contact, loss reports, file export capabilities, and much more.

And because your security is important to us, we use a full suite of cyber security protocols to protect against cyber threats and online breaches. Our Excalibur™ systme follows current government suggested security standards for website, password, and data security. We do not keep record of user password(s) that could be stolen. In addition, we host all data on a private secure server through a primary provider.

All carriers that utilize our independent adjusting services gain free access to the Excalibur™ platform. This can be particularly useful for smaller carriers who may not yet have a developed administrative system to track and manage their claims.
